Molasses Glazed Hens(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Cornish hens
    salt and pepper
    2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
    3 Tbsp. molasses
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle the hens with salt and pepper and put in a shallow roasting pan.
    Roast 20 minutes.
    Combine the ginger and the molasses.
    Brush some of the molasses mixture over the hens.
    Continue roasting until done, about 25 minutes more.
    Baste occasionally with the molasses glaze and the pan juices.
