Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together all the ingredients.
    Refrigerate about one hour until easy to handle.
    Roll into balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
    These are good hot or cold.
    Add a few tablespoons of mustard to 1/2 cup of mayonnaise or plain yogurt for a great dip.
