Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can salmon
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
3 tsp. melted margarine
1 c. tomato juice
1 small chopped onion
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, separated
Preparation

Remove dark skin and bones from salmon.
Flake with fork.
Add cracker crumbs, margarine, tomato juice, onions, paprika and salt to salmon.
Mix well.
Separate egg yolks to salmon mixture.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into well-greased 1-quart casserole dish and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
