Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Bisquick
    1 lb. hot sausage, at room temperature
    10 oz. finely grated medium sharp Cheddar cheese, at room temperature
Preparation
    Mix all together and roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls.
    Makes about 100 balls.
    Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serve warm.
    Excellent for breakfast or appetizers.
