Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender.
    Add salt, pepper and butter.
    Add cracker crumbs, half of the cheese, milk and eggs. Stir until blended.
    Pour in casserole dish and cover with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
