Cut Glass Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 graham cracker pie shells
1 pkg. lime Jell-O
1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatine
1 c. pineapple juice
12 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Dissolve packages of Jell-O in 1 1/2 cups hot water (each package).
Put in separate pans.
(I use cake pans.)
Let stand until firm.
Cut top to bottom, side to side, about 1-inch apart. Scoop into Cool Whip.
Dissolve the Knox gelatine in pineapple juice over medium heat; let cool.
Fold ingredients into Cool Whip.
Pour into pie crust.
Let set 24 hours.
