Low-Fat Low Sodium Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw long grain rice
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can French onion soup
    1 c. water
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained, no salt added
Preparation
    Stir rice, soup, water and mushrooms together in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 8 servings.
