Pineapple Drop Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    vegetable oil
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Add next 3 ingredients.
    Stir until smooth.
    Heat 3 to 4 inches of oil to 375\u00b0.
    Drop in 5 or 6 doughnuts at a time.
    Cook about 1 minute or until golden on one side.
    Turn and cook on other side, about 1 minute.
    Drain well on paper towel.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Yields 3 dozen.
