Chicken Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) bag fresh spinach, rinsed and stemmed
    4 boneless chicken breast halves or cutlets
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. Fontina, Gouda or Havarti cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Lightly grease shallow baking dish. Cook spinach in small amount of boiling water until just tender. Drain.
    Squeeze to remove liquid.
    Chop coarsely.
