Cream Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 pkg. Hungry Jack buttermilk biscuits
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Melt butter in custard cup.
    Add vanilla.
    Mix in another bowl sugar, cinnamon and almond extract.
    Cut cheese into 10 cubes. Flatten biscuits into 3-inch circles.
    Dip a cheese cube into butter and roll in sugar mixture.
    Place in center of biscuit. Pull edges together and seal to form a mushroom shape.
    Holding sealed edges, dip top of roll into butter then sugar.
    Place roll, sealed side down, in muffin tin.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes. Remove immediately.
