Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks margarine
1 c. Karo syrup
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. popped corn
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients and boil gently for 5 minutes.
Pour syrup over popped corn in a large shallow pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 250\u00b0, stirring every 20 minutes.
Cool on wax paper.
