Coconut Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe

1 pkg. white cake mix
2 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) containers nonfat sour cream
2 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut
2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Bake cake mix according to directions on box.
Mix sugar, sour cream and coconut; set 1 cup of this mixture aside.
Ice cake layers with coconut mixture.
