Chicken Casserole(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 skinned chicken breasts
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. sherry (optional)
1 stick margarine
seasoned croutons
slices American cheese
Preparation

Debone chicken, if desired.
Place in baking dish.
Lay one slice of cheese over each breast. Sprinkle croutons over cheese. Mix sherry and soup together and pour over cheese slices.
Melt margarine and pour over all. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
