Orange Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. softened margarine
1 tsp. orange peel, shredded
2 c. sifted confectioners sugar

Preparation

Combine cream cheese, butter and orange peel.
Beat until light.
Gradually add sugar.
If necessary, add orange juice to make of spreading consistency.
