Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. corn
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    2 c. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    pinch of garlic powder
Preparation
    Simmer water, onions, celery, potatoes and parsley until half cooked (about 10 minutes).
    Add milk and bring soup just to the boiling point, but do not boil.
    Add corn and seasonings.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
