Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. cumin
    2 tsp. black pepper
    4 tsp. garlic salt
    4 tsp. minced garlic
    1 good sized chopped onion, cooked in small amount of water until dry and browned
Preparation
    Put tortillas into pan of hot enchilada sauce.
    Take out and put a small amount of meat that has been prepared.
    Add a small amount of grated cheese.
    Roll up; put into a pan and pour enchilada sauce over this.
    Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
    Put in oven and cook at 325\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
