Baked Chicken And Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. crumbled corn bread
    1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    3 1/2 to 4 c. chicken stock
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/3 c. finely diced onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery (optional)
    1 1/2 tsp. sage (optional)
    1 (3 1/2 to 4 lb.) hen, cooked
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except chicken; mix well.
    Pour one-half of dressing into a greased baking dish.
    Remove chicken from bone.
    Place chicken in baking dish.
    Add remaining dressing. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
