Mom'S Spuds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. grated spuds
    1 can celery soup
    1 can potato soup
    1/2 c. grated onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
