Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. macaroni
    water (to cook macaroni)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 c. mayo
    1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    3/4 tsp. sugar
    dash of white pepper
    1/2 c. shredded or cubed American cheese
Preparation
    Drain macaroni after cooking in boiling water until done, about 7 minutes. Drain well and add salt, Worcestershire sauce and salad oil.
    Stir in onion, celery, relish and pimento.
    In a separate container, combine mayo, vinegar, sugar and pepper.
    Stir into salad and add cheese.
    Chill before serving.
    Serves 8 to 10.
