Scrambled Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    8 slices bread, cubed
    3/4 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 to 8 eggs (as desired)
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Fry sausage.
    Whisk eggs. Add milk, mustard, cheese and cooked sausage. Put bread in casserole dish.
    Put sausage-egg combination over bread cubes.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
    Serve with fresh fruit and danish.
