Crumb Topped Fish Filets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (1 lb.) fresh fish filets
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. tarragon, dill or thyme
1/2 tsp. onion salt
dash of nutmeg
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation

Mix margarine, tarragon, parsley, onion, salt and nutmeg. Place fish in a lightly greased baking pan.
Pour on half the margarine mixture.
Mix remaining margarine mixture with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over fish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes until fish flakes with a fork.
