Ingredients

2 c. vanilla ice cream (any flavor)
1 1/4 c. Almond Clusters multigrain cereal
2 tsp. oleo or butter, melted
4 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Make 4 (1/2 cup) scoops of ice cream.
Place in shallow pan. Cover and store in freezer until firm.
In small bowl mix together cereal, coarsely crushed and butter.
Roll firm ice cream in cereal mixture.
To serve, stir together honey and cinnamon.
Place ice cream on plate and drizzle with honey and cinnamon mixture.
