Cocoa Pan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. cocoa
    5 Tbsp. hot water
    1/2 c. oleo
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 c. hot water
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Let cocoa and hot water stand.
    Bake in 9 x 13 x 2 pan for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Ice while hot.
