Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small yellow squash
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash in small amount of salted water until tender; drain and mash.
    Add margarine, cheese, egg, onion, milk and 3/4 cup cracker crumbs.
    Put into buttered baking dish and sprinkle top with remaining cracker crumbs.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 425\u00b0.
