Italian Venison - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. venison roast
1 small green pepper
1 small onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. sweet basil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. Accent
2 to 4 c. water
Preparation

Brown meat.
Add water to roast in crock-pot.
Add onion and green pepper.
Cook 4 to 5 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
When cooked, shred meat and add seasonings to broth.
Serve on hoagie buns.
Use broth for dipping.
