Sarah'S Grilled Chicken With Dijon Mayonnaise(Makes 2 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1/2 tsp. each: tarragon and thyme leaves
    dash of crushed red pepper
    2 chicken cutlets (1/4 lb. each), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
Preparation
    In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except chicken, and stir until thoroughly combined.
    Add chicken and turn to coat with mayonnaise mixture.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
