Banana-Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. diced bananas
1 lg. can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs (or egg substitute)
1-1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Preheat oven 350\u00b0.
Spray a tube pan and set aside.
Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and soda.
Add bananas, pineapple and juice, vanilla, eggs and oil.
Blend well with spoon.
DO NOT OVERBEAT!
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes or until cake tests done.
