Cheese Casserole Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. lukewarm milk, scalded and then cooled
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. all-purpose flour (if using self-rising flour, omit salt)
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. margarine
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in a 2 1/2-quart bowl.
    Add milk, 2 eggs, salt and 1 cup of flour.
    Beat on low speed, scraping bowl constantly, 30 seconds.
    Beat 2 minutes on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
    Stir in remaining flour, cheese and pepper. Scrape bowl; cover and let rise in a warm place until double, about 40 minutes.
