Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cooked
1 large sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
tortilla shells (flour)
1 can tomato sauce
salsa (optional)
grated cheese
Preparation

Debone cooked chicken and cube.
Mix together chicken, sour cream and soup.
Add seasoning to taste.
Add salsa, if desired. Fill tortilla shell; roll and place in greased pan.
Repeat with remaining mixture and shells.
Pour tomato sauce over rolled shells.
Top with grated cheese.
Heat about 20 minutes to melt cheese in 350\u00b0 oven.
If desired, garnish with tomatoes, avocados and olives on top.
