Cauliflower Salad Bowl - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. thinly sliced cauliflower
1 c. pitted, coarsely chopped black olives
1/2 c. chopped pimento
2/3 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. red or white vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, olives, green pepper, pimento and onion.
Mix well.
In another mixing bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar.
Mix well. Pour oil mixture over vegetable mixture.
Toss to coat vegetables. Refrigerate, covered, 4 hours or overnight.
To serve, spoon vegetable mixture into a salad bowl lined with lettuce leaves.
