Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1/4 finely chopped onion
    3/4 c. Progresso bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Progresso grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 (15 oz.) jar Progresso marinara sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, cheese and pepper.
    Fold in 1 cup marinara sauce. With wet hands, pat mixture firmly into 8 x 4-inch loaf pan, pour remaining sauce over loaf.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
    Makes 6 servings.
