Cheddar Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese (cut from a wheel; like firm Salem's Market or Cider Mill)
    6 to 8 hot cherry peppers
    mayo (enough to make dip spread easily)
Preparation
    I use a hand grinder and grind the cheese and peppers fine. Mix with the mayonnaise.
    Let set overnight for better flavor and bite.
