Noodles Romanoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 c. cooked egg noodles
1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Saute mushrooms and garlic in butter for 3 minutes.
Add noodles, sour cream, onion, parsley, salt and pepper.
Stir gently.
Transfer to oiled casserole dish.
Top with Parmesan and bake, covered, for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
