Prunola(U.S.A.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. cooked prunes, halved and pitted
    2 Tbsp. peanut butter
    2 egg whites
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until light.
    Add sugar, milk, rice, prunes and peanut butter.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; add 1/3 cup sugar gradually and continue beating.
    Add vanilla.
    Fold meringue carefully into the mixture; pour into buttered baking dish.
    Bake in slow oven, 250\u00b0, for about 1 hour.
    Serve with cream.
