Hot Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans hominy
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 lb. hot sausage
2 tsp. butter
2 onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Drain hominy.
Brown sausage and drain.
Brown onions and pepper in butter. Add hominy, tomatoes, sausage and seasoning. Stir and cook for 20 minutes.
Layer in casserole dish, ending with cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Hamburger may be used instead of sausage.
