Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can red salmon
    2 slices whole wheat bread, cubed
    1 large egg white
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 to 1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Drop oil from salmon and clean to remove any bones.
    Place salmon in large mixing bowl.
    Add cubed bread.
    Add other ingredients.
    Shape into patties.
    Pan-fry on both sides in canola oil or broil in oven.
    Makes 4 patties.
