Chicken And Potatoes With Rosemary - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 lb. boned, skinless chicken breasts
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. dried rosemary
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes, 1/4-inch thick.
    Microwave 8 minutes until tender.
    Cut chicken into 1/2-inch strips.
    Brown chicken and garlic in oil over medium-high for 5 minutes.
    Add potatoes and rosemary.
    Saute until potatoes are lightly browned.
    Season with salt and pepper.
