Ambrosia Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) low-calorie cream cheese (softened)
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    14 packets Equal
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese and yogurt until smooth.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Chill.
    Serve with fresh fruit.
    Makes 2 cups or 8 servings; 4 tablespoons per serving.
