Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn bread
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    3 eggs
    1 sweet pepper, chopped
    2/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese.
    Pour one-half of batter in pan, then add one-half of cheese and rest of batter.
    Add remaining cheese on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minuets or until done.
