Orange Soy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts (split) or 8 thighs
    1/2 can orange juice concentrate (6 oz. size)
    4 Tbsp. low-salt soy sauce
    curry powder
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in baking dish and sprinkle with curry powder. Spoon thawed orange juice and soy sauce over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes and serve with rice.
    (For a special treat, cook rice with chicken broth, saffron, cardamon and white raisins.)
