Potato Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Heat vinegar, water, salt and butter and stir to boiling. Beat next 4 ingredients together and add to boiling mixture.
    Cook until it thickens about 1 minute.
    Set aside to cool.
    (I usually double this recipe.)
