Green Bean Variation - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. canned green beans
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 medium onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. peanut oil or bacon drippings
Preparation
    Saute onion and
    bell pepper in oil or drippings.
    Pour half liquid off\tbeans.\tPlace
    remainder
    into\tthe saucepan. Add onion and bell
    pepper
    and
    simmer until flavors are well blended, about 10 to 15 minutes, simmering over low heat.
