Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 2/3 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1 small onion, sliced
    butter
Preparation
    Blend soup with milk.
    In buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole, arrange in alternate layers, potatoes, onions and sauce.
    Dot top with butter and cover.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes or until tender.
    You can use different cheeses.
    Grate and layer with cheese.
