Russian Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. plain flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Add other ingredients mixing well (do not use mixer).
Roll in balls the size of a walnut.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten each with a glass that has been dipped in sugar.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Yield:
10 dozen.
