Easy Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    2 (14 oz.) cans creamed corn
    1 to 2 Tbsp. butter, margarine or oil
    1 large potato, diced
    1 small onion, diced
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil until soft.
    Add canned tomatoes and diced potato.
    Cook until tender, approximately 20 minutes. Add creamed corn and heat until hot.
    Serve with crackers.
