Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 small stalk celery
    1/2 medium sized carrot, shredded
    1/2 medium onion, diced
    1 c. milk (more if desired)
    salt
    pepper
    butter
Preparation
    Place all vegetables in boiling water.
    Cook until tender. Mash a few vegetables for thickness, then add milk gradually.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add butter if desired.
    Serves 2.
