Pigs In A Blanket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1/2 c. rice
    salt to taste
    1 cabbage
    1 large can sauerkraut
    1 can tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients
    together.
    Put head of cabbage in a large kettle of boiling water until leaves are softened.
    Put balls of mixture in cabbage leaves and secure with toothpicks.
