Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. buttered Hi Ho cracker crumbs
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 onion, chopped and sauteed
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 stick oleo for crackers
    1 c. chopped celery, sauteed
    1 c. grated Colby cheese
Preparation
    Cook vegetables by package directions and drain.
    Add soup, mayonnaise, celery, onion, chestnuts, cheese and 1/2 of the cracker crumbs.
    Save 1/2 the cracker crumbs to spread on top. Pour into buttered casserole and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serve hot.
