Bulgur Cabbage Salad(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fine cracked wheat
    2 c. warm water
    2 c. green or red cabbage, coarsely chopped
    1 c. frozen peas, thawed
    1 c. fresh tomato, chopped
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine cracked wheat and warm water; let stand 1 hour.
    Drain well.
    Stir in cabbage and peas.
    Mix together olive oil, lemon juice and dill.
    Stir into cracked wheat.
    Season with salt and pepper.
