Coconut Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients

coconut milk, extracted from 2 large coconuts
6 egg whites
5 envelopes unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 6 dessert spoons water
1 c. sugar
1 glass water

Preparation

A very light dessert, as white as snow, which is prepared the day before serving.
